Living what you're Praying for

A 3-month creative mentorship to express who you truly are, using creative expression as the way in.

Breathe

Are you actually living the life that you're praying for —

or performing a version of a life that isn't yours?

Because if there's a gap, you feel it.

Misalignment feels like resistance in the body until we meet it.

Creative Expression
as the Way In

Igor Kreyman

This mentorship is about breaking through the pattern of performing, coming back into your aliveness, and re-entering a state of curiosity and play, so you can find where your excitement and energy actually are, and follow it.

Many of us, myself included, have spent years performing our way through life, falling in line with what's around us, looking for validation, and slowly losing contact with the part of us that actually knows who we are.

We're all the artists of being alive. Being fully yourself is the creative act. Your essence moves through everything you touch: your relationships, your work, your conversations, your choices. Life itself becomes the practice.

It's through our ability to put our feelings into action that our expression is metabolised and made real. There is a felt quality to that, a kind of relief. When you give expression to what is true for you, you begin to notice what is alive within you.

This is why creative expression is such a powerful doorway. It brings us out of our heads, back into our bodies, and into deeper relationship with ourselves, others, and life itself.

My role is simple: to witness, and to create an environment safe enough for you to explore your creativity, reflecting back what you already know within the silence of your own heart, but may have temporarily forgotten.

So that you can live the prayer of your life.

What's Involved

3-Month Creative Mentorship

Eight 75-minute sessions, online or in person.

Two performers pointing outward together on a dark stage

A space to explore who you are through improvisation, acting, voice, movement, writing, and imagination.

This is a space built on safety, trust, and permission. There is no rigid curriculum and no predetermined path to follow.

We follow what's alive. Each session responds to what wants to emerge in the moment, allowing space for curiosity, experimentation, and play.

You might:

Sessions run weekly for the first month, then fortnightly, so there's time to live with what opens up between them.

Between sessions, you'll have voice note access to share reflections, questions, or whatever is moving through you. I'll respond within one business day, Monday to Friday.

What Becomes Possible

Nine things you take with you
  • The confidence to be who you actually are, not the version you think people want.
  • Trusting your impulses enough to get out of your own way.
  • The recognition of your own authentic style and essence, so you're not drowning in a sea of copycats.
  • The ability to feel something fully, instead of editing it before it's out of your mouth.
  • Acknowledging fear when it arises and expressing yourself anyway.
  • Being yourself in the places it's hardest: with family, at work, and in the rooms where you'd usually shrink.
  • A sense of comfort in your own body that comes from actually following what your heart wants.
  • The courage to create your own creative work, whether it's a film, a performance, poetry, writing, or a body of work.
  • The sense, looking back, that you did the things you came here to do, and weren't too afraid to take the plunge.

Student Stories

Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn

Student

Kaitlyn's first two or three times on stage, she could barely get a word out through the tears, yet underneath, there was a smile. By the third session, her essence began pouring through her words. She started writing her own poetry: personal, intimate pieces, close to her heart, each one explored over several weeks. They became the material she moved through.

She grew a presence that pulled the whole room in, because it was real, the raw, unguarded sincerity of someone finally letting herself be seen. And she followed that thread all the way: New South Wales poetry slam champion, then nationals at the Opera House, and a reception that prompted her to move to Sydney to follow her dreams. She's out there now, on stages, living the prayer of her own life.

Redmund

Student

Redmund was my first student, back then, my work moved through the healing arts, and he was drawn to the experimental edge of that. He would take on big, dramatic, complex monologues and work through those challenges he faced in his personal life in the material.

Over that time, you could see him changing. In how he dressed, how he held himself, how he moved through a room. He took the themes closest to his heart and shaped them into a character, then used that character to build an online presence, translating everything he'd learned about himself in our work together into something the world could actually feel and see.

People felt it. Then came the podcasts, the interviews, the invitations to facilitate events, and an audience of millions who connected with his work. None of that happened because of a clever character. It happened because something true was moving through him, and people can always tell the difference.

He's just resigned from a managerial role to pursue his creativity full time.

My experience with Divine Theatrix was deeply transformative, extending far beyond learning performance skills. With Igor's guidance, I was able to move beyond my ego and personal identity, reconnecting with a deeper sense of self and Source. It helped me face and move through fear, allowing me to develop confidence and a stronger stage presence. Every night became an opportunity for transformation, whether I was on stage or witnessing from the audience. Divine Theatrix helped me realise that I am far more than the identity I had been holding onto.

By gradually peeling away the masks and questioning the character I had been unconsciously playing, I discovered a greater sense of authenticity and inner strength I hadn't recognised before. This experience has profoundly shaped the way I live, allowing me to bring greater authenticity into my everyday life and feel more grounded, fulfilled and connected to myself and others.

Meet Your Mentor

Igor Kreyman

Igor Kreyman

I've explored this interdisciplinary space for 13 years, across acting, performance, and healing arts, working at the edges of each.

It started with The Human Connection Movement, where I was weird enough to want to sit with hundreds of people in silence, watching the subtle signals, behavioural and emotional, that reveal when someone is genuinely connected to themselves and others, and when that connection is missing. I was fascinated by the masks we wear, the appearance we show, versus who we actually are underneath it.

Over time, I got strangely good at it. I could play a group like a conductor plays an orchestra, sensing exactly where the tension sat and how to bring it back into coherence. What began as a grassroots experiment grew into a global movement, impacting thousands of people across 20 countries.

Eye-gazing was the yin of it. Receptive, still, preparation. Acting became the yang: a way to bring everything I'd learned into the body, into action. I didn't plan it that way. Looking back, the two are connected in a way I could only see in hindsight. One was readying me for the other.

That's what became Divine Theatrix. People, often with no acting experience at all, using the stage to find what's beneath everything they've been performing, until what's left is the truth of who they are.

My own acting work includes a role in One Less God, which won Best Picture at the Dances With Films Festival at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, and took the top award at the Byron Bay International Film Festival.

Thirteen years, and I've been curious about one thing the whole way through: how we find our way back to ourselves. This mentorship is everything that curiosity has taught me, in one place.

What I love most is watching someone reconnect to their natural impulses, that childlike curiosity, untainted, pure, still there underneath everything life has asked them to become. It's always still there. My role is simply to witness it.

Where It All Began

I watched Scent of a Woman as a child. Al Pacino won an Oscar for his portrayal of Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade, and his commitment to that character was, for me, transcendent.

I pointed at the screen and said: "I want that." I've been going after it ever since.

Here's what I found: when something real moves through you creatively, everything false begins to fall away. There is a moment where you stop trying to control the expression and surrender to what wants to come through. For me, that is the divine moving through us.

There is a kind of illumination in those moments, a heightened awareness, a deeper sense of connection to what we are part of.

What happens is you become available to life.

The body becomes finely tuned to subtleties that were always present, but often go unnoticed. This work is about learning to listen more deeply to the essence moving through everything, nature, relationships, eros, life itself.

And that's where meaning comes from.

The body is an instrument.
Play it, and you stop chasing meaning. You're already in it.

My life's work is about cultivating this state of being, not just on stage, but in how I live, how I move, and how I meet people. That's what I'm here to share with you.

Before You Apply

Questions People Ask

Do I need any acting or creative experience?

None at all. Most people arrive with no experience and no idea what they want to explore, that's completely normal. My role is to support you to uncover it.

Is this acting training, or something else?

Something else. Creative expression is the way in, not the goal. We use improvisation, acting, writing, voice, movement, imagination and play to get underneath the version of yourself you've been performing, so you can carry what's real into your everyday life, your relationships, and your work.

How does it work online?

Exactly as it does in person. There's no stage required, the work happens between us, wherever you are. Sessions are one-on-one over video, and you'll have voice note access to me between them, send anytime, I'll respond within a day, Monday to Friday.

What actually happens in a session?

We follow what's alive on the day. You might bring a poem, a piece of writing, a song, a character or an idea. You might improvise and see what emerges. You might explore a feeling or a story that's asking for attention.

How long is a session?

Sessions run 75 minutes, sometimes 90 minutes when the work calls for it. Long enough to arrive, move through something, and let it land before you step back into your day.

Why is it an application?

Because I work with a small number of people at a time, and this work asks something of you. The application helps us both know whether the timing is right. I read every one personally.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. We'll talk through the options that work for you on the discovery call.

What if I'm not sure it's for me?

You can book a discovery call. It's free, there's no pitch, and if it isn't the right fit I'll say so.
